About
David graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2015. Throughout his training, he has worked across major metropolitan hospitals in South Australia and Victoria, before returning home to Melbourne to complete his Allergy and Immunology specialist training at the Royal Children’s Hospital.
He is a member of the Australasian Society of Clinical Immunology and Allergy (ASCIA), and has presented at the national ASCIA conferences, and was the recipient of the Clinical Grand Round prize in 2024. David also has a public appointment at Northern Health.
David enjoys all aspects of allergy and immunology, with particular interests in food allergy, drug allergy, eczema, allergic rhinitis and venom allergy. He is passionate about using his skills to educate and empower his patients and their families about the management of their allergic conditions.
Outside of work, David has a keen interest in cooking and exploring Melbourne’s amazing food scene, and uses this extensive knowledge of food to inform his treatment of food allergies.
